All the product information that we get from our suppliers is available on every product page under ‘description’.
We work hard to keep track of stock online, but since we sell on multiple platforms, some stock may sell out during your order purchase. If you would like to check stock before completing your order, kindly email us through the contact form on this page.
Once you’ve located the item you want to buy, enter the quantity of the product and click on the Add to cart button.
To remove items from your cart or change the quantity that you have selected, click on the shopping basket icon at the top right of the page. This will take you to your shopping cart page, where you can increase or decrease the quantity of each item using the plus and minus signs.
Proceed from your cart page to the checkout page. Once you have filled in your address for delivery, you shipping charges will be calculated on the right with your shopping cart total.
If you have already created an account, you it will automatically total based on your cart and the previous shipping details provided.
Delivery could range from 3-10 working days from date of payment received, depending on stock, and the area you are located in.
It’s not possible to change your delivery address after your order has been processed. Please always double check that your address details are correct at checkout before placing your order. If you require a change of address prior to your order being processed, there may be an additional charge due to the change in location, which will have to be paid to us before delivery takes place.
You can pay with either Mastercard or Visa credit cards, debit cards, Mobicred (depending on Mobicred approval), EFT, I-Pay or Payfast.
When paying via internet transfer(Direct EFT) into our bank account, please use your order number as a reference. We are more than happy to receive proof of payment, however we still cannot process any order until the payment has cleared our bank account. All other forms of payment, I-Pay and PayFast usually clear immediately (provided there are no unforeseen issues on the payment gateway side).
We do not accept COD (cash on delivery). Orders will only be processed and dispatched once the payment reflects in our account.
You may have the option to collect your order at our Warehouse, if you have selected “Collection” during checkout. Once full payment has been received and your order processed, you will be notified when you order is ready for collection. Collections times must be arranged and a collection number will be given.
Yes. You will received a Original Tax Invoice with your order. Please retain your invoice as proof of purchase.

It’s not possible to add or remove items from an order once your order has been processed. If you would like to cancel an order and reorder, please notify us immediately. Failure to notify us before the order has been processed may result in a handling charge.
Items can be returned to us after your order has been delivered, as long as your order falls within the returns time frame.
We’ll email you whenever the status of your order changes.
You can also track your order by navigating to My Orders (under the My Account section of our website), where you’ll see the current status of pending orders. Once your order has been sent, a tracking number with a link will be emailed to you.
Unfortunately, our customer care team are unable to speed up the delivery or give you more information than already provided. Once tracking number is provided, the onus is on the buyer to track their order.
If you’ve received your order confirmation but not yet paid for your order (e.g. if you’ve selected to pay by regular EFT), then you can request a cancellation. Email us through the contact form on this page to cancel your order. Kindly note that orders not paid within 3 days will automatically be cancelled.
If you have paid already and your order has been processed, your order can’t be cancelled and your items can only be returned to us after they’ve been delivered, as long as your order falls within our returns time frame.
Should you cancel your order, your delivery charge will not be refunded. You will also be liable for the transport cost to return the item.

It is not recommended to install a gas fridge or freezer into your trailer. You will be required to have a Certificate Of Compliance from a registered, certified installer (that can be traceable and contacted if need be).
You cannot install your own gas water heater, only registered, certified installer (that can be traceable and contacted if need be) can install it. You will be required to have a Certificate of Compliance from such installer.
Guarantee/Warranty will be null and void without a Certificate of Compliance from a registered, certified gas installer.
