Stromboli

Ingredients:

 

Stromboli:

  • 1 pack shop bought bread dough
  • 500g diced bacon
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese – shredded
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 2 red peppers diced
  • 1 large onion diced

Garlic Butter Mix:

  • 6 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 tbs oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 tbs parsley
  • 1 tbs dried oregano
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp salt

Instructions:

  1. Preheat oven at 180 deg
  2. Mix ingredients for Garlic Butter Mix together
  3. Roll out bread dough to ½ m thick into rectangle shape
  4. Spread garlic butter mix evenly over rolled out dough
  5. Spread the bacon, cheese, peppers and onions evenly over the dough
  6. Roll the dough length ways up and tuck in the sides to prevent filling to fall out
  7. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40min
