Ingredients:
Stromboli:
- 1 pack shop bought bread dough
- 500g diced bacon
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese – shredded
- 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
- 2 red peppers diced
- 1 large onion diced
Garlic Butter Mix:
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 tbs oil
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 tbs parsley
- 1 tbs dried oregano
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp salt
Instructions:
- Preheat oven at 180 deg
- Mix ingredients for Garlic Butter Mix together
- Roll out bread dough to ½ m thick into rectangle shape
- Spread garlic butter mix evenly over rolled out dough
- Spread the bacon, cheese, peppers and onions evenly over the dough
- Roll the dough length ways up and tuck in the sides to prevent filling to fall out
- Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 40min
